Man Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Las Posas Road near Hueneme Road in Camarillo


Camarillo, California (October 18, 2019) – According to a local news source, a motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a car in Camarillo on Thursday morning.

The motorcycle accident was reported at about 7:10 a.m. October 17, on Las Posas Road near Hueneme Road.

The authorities said a Camarillo man was riding a 2013 BMW motorcycle on the roadway when he collided with a pickup truck that was making a turn into a private driveway.

The 43-year-old rider was ejected from the motorcycle during the collision.

The motorcyclist sustained major injuries in the crash and was transported to Ventura County Medical Center for treatment.

No further information was provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the motorcycle accident is ongoing.
