Christine Wilbur Killed in Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on Florin Road near Highway 99


Sacramento, California (October 18, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident that occurred in Sacramento last month.

The fatal pedestrian accident occurred on Florin Road near Highway 99 at about 7:50 p.m. September 14.

34-year-old Christine Wilbur was walking eastbound in a crosswalk on Florin Road when she was hit by a car.

Wilbur sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Information about the motorist was not provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
