(October 17, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a woman
who was killed in a car accident that left two children with injuries in
Pasadena on Tuesday afternoon, October 15.
According to a local news source, the accident happened on Woodbury
Road near Fiske Avenue at about noon.
32-year-old Lisa Polanco was driving an SUV eastbound on the
roadway when she collided with a minivan for unknown reasons.
Polanco was killed in the accident.
Two juvenile passengers in Polanco’s SUV were injured in the
collision and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the minivan was unhurt.
No further information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
