5 Children Injured in DUI Car Crash on Freedom Boulevard near Appletree Lane in Watsonville


Watsonville, California (October 15, 2019) – According to a local news source, five children were injured in a suspected DUI car accident in Watsonville, last week Friday, October 11.

The accident happened on Freedom Boulevard near Appletree Lane at an unspecified time on Friday night, October 11.

The authorities said a 19-year-old Watsonville woman was driving a car on Freedom Boulevard when she drifted into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming Honda Odyssey.

Five juvenile occupants of the Honda are reported to have sustained major injuries in the collision.

The unidentified woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
