(October 14, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Saturday afternoon after
colliding with an SUV in a recreational vehicle park in the Ocotillo Wells,
according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at about 3:15 p.m. October 12 near the
Devil’s Slide area of Ocotillo Wells State Vehicular Recreation Area, off

Explorer for unknown reasons.
The motorcyclist, believed to be in his 40s, succumbed to
his injuries before he could be airlifted to the hospital.
