San Francisco, California (October 7, 2019) – The authorities have released the name of the driver who died Sunday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash in San Francisco.
The accident happened at about 3:35 p.m. October 6, at Evans Avenue and Hunters Point Boulevard.
According to the police, 50-year-old Lee Dominique Jr. of San Francisco was driving a car on the roadway when he collided with a second car for unknown reasons.
Dominique Jr., the driver of the second car and a passenger in one of the cars were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Sadly, Dominique Jr. succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
No word was given regarding the condition of the other patients.
The incident remains under investigation.
