Los Angeles, California (October 5, 2019) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian accident at an intersection in the Vermont Vista neighborhood of South Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.
The deadly auto-pedestrian accident at Century Boulevard and Baring Cross Street at about 7 p.m. October 4.
According to a local news source, the 28-year-old woman was crossing Century Boulevard when she was hit by a car that was traveling eastbound.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the involved car reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident is underway.
