San Francisco, California (October 3, 2019) – The identities of three people who were killed in a collision involving a car that was traveling the wrong way have been disclosed.
The fatal car crash happened on Highway 101 at about 12:30 a.m. according to a local news source.
34-year-old Emilie Ross of Hillsborough is reported to have been driving a Volkswagen the wrong way when she collided head-on with a taxi driven by 42-year-old Berkant Ramadan Ahmed of San Carlos.
Both drivers were killed in the accident.
Also killed in the crash were two passengers in the taxi identified as 57-year-old Mary Miller from Chicago and 62-year-old Judson Bergman from Barrington.
The collision resulted in the shutdown of the roadway for almost seven hours.
No further information was provided.
