Sadly, were she any one of several million women who languish in penniless neglect all over this great country, not one newspaper running this story would give a gnat’s shit about her wellbeing. The truth is that they don’t even now; it’s her money, not her life, that is the subject of all and any inquiry these media sponsor into the affairs of Huguette Clark. She has no value beyond her millions, and this fact, coupled with the acceptance thereof by society at its mediated large, are the true tragedy of this story.

I found out about Ms. Clark from and article on msn. I think people should leave her alone. They only care about any of this due to the fact she has money. I feel for her and pray she has some people that really love her and make her feel that love. Lord be with her!
